Job Description
- Present ideas for approval for events that contribute to community and generate discussion for the program you are supporting. Minimum of one event per semester.
- Implement logistics necessary for a successful event, such as logistics before, during, and after event — set-up, clean-up, etc.
- Publicize event with Communications Manager
- Write brief summary of event for posting on website and social platforms
- Present and manage event budget
- Capture photos/video of events
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with the mission and programs of the Effron Center for the Study of America
- Knowledge of professional office applications including Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Organized
- Strong project management skills
- Skill in photography desirable
Hours, Duration and Contact Information

- Hours: 10.0 hours per week
- Hourly rate: $16.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour
