Bianca Toliver began her career in the classroom as an early childhood educator, then transitioned from the classroom to operations and finance in public school systems in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, and has over 10 years of experience in higher education. Bianca holds a master’s in public policy and management with a concentration in education policy from Carnegie Mellon University, and Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in marketing  from Norfolk State University. She is currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in finance from Rutgers University. 

Bianca is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Incorporated ®, where she participates regularly in youth development and community service projects. When she is not serving her community and crunching numbers, Bianca can be found crafting, traveling the world, and exploring hidden gems in New York City.
