Bio/Description

Yaacob Dweck studies the Jews of the early modern period. His first book, The Scandal of Kabbalah: Leon Modena, Jewish Mysticism, Early Modern Venice appeared in 2011. Prior to his appointment in the history department, he was a Mellon-Cotsen Fellow in the Society of Fellows in the Liberal Arts at Princeton.
